Zachary was born and raised on the island of Kauai, in the state of Hawaii, where he had his first experience as a producer for a public television series. He graduated from Chapman University with a BFA in Producing and minor in Communications. He graduated Magna Cum Laude & High Honors in Phi Kappa Phi. Since then he had the opportunity to work with ABC Studios, Touchstone Pictures, FOX, Warner Brothers, as well as many independent production houses. 

Based out of Los Angeles, Zachary Kamen is a Producer, Production Manager, and Creative Developer for various types of media ranging from national commercials to feature documentaries. He continues presently working in the independent world where he’s won multiple awards for his short films, “Loving Life”, “Timeless” and “Break A Leg”. He produced his first feature film with FOX and continues steadily collaborating with numerous national and international production companies. His most recent project to date was a film shot in Duluth, Minnesota for Bazelevs Films, the production company behind the sleeper hit, “Unfriended”.

Zachary is well traveled and considered to be adventurous and outgoing. Adaptable to his surroundings, he’s able to circumvent difficult situations with ease. Comfortable abroad and locally he thrives to create content on the road as well as in his current residence of Los Angeles. One random fact about Zachary is that he holds a rescue divers certification and is a hobbyist underwater photographer.
